Returns Policy

4.D) The Customer may not return any goods supplied hereunder unless:

4.D.1) It has been notified to CIMC in writing within 48 hours of the date of receipt by the Customer of the Goods of any defect in, or damage to, the Goods

4.D.2) It has established to the reasonable satisfaction of CIMC that such Goods are defective or damaged.

4.D.3) The defect or damage is attributable to the fault or negligence of CIMC's employees, agents or carriers.

4.D.4) (where the defect or damage is easily remediable or reparable) It has given CIMC reasonable opportunity to remedy the defect or repair the damage.

4.D.5) It has agreed with CIMC a time and a date for the return of such Goods, and the above shall be cumulative requirements.
